Every cookie is individually wrapped in heat-sealed clear cello bags w/ ingredients listed.
What's in your butter sugar cookie ingredients?
Unsalted butter, cane sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, unbleached flour, liqueurs.
Are your cookies made with nuts?
*Made in a facility that uses nuts. Those with nut allergies should use caution if choosing to enjoy our cookies.

How long do the cookies last?
Enjoy your cookies for up to 4 weeks. Keep them in their original packaging at room temperature. We don't recommend refrigerating or freezing.
Do you ship and deliver?
Our cookies ship nationwide to any home, office or event space. When shipping to hotels, please check with your hotel concierge for their required details that should be listed on your package.
Who owns Cookies4Swag LLC?
Cookies4Swag LLC is led by Dana Flanagan-McBeth, attorney and entrepreneur, who has been baking cookies since she was a child in the kitchen with her mother. The grandchild of a pastry chef, Dana spent 15 years in a cookie exchange learning her craft. Co-founders Cherice Taylor and Christal Smith were both beneficiaries of the tutelage of Trula Flanagan, their mother and cousin, respectively, which is where they learned their baking skills.
Collectively, all three co-founders have an in-depth knowledge of their target markets and the cookie shop business including the operations side (e.g., running day-to-day operations) and the business management side (e.g., staffing, marketing, etc.).

What's your shipping policy?
Custom Logo Cookies Custom logo cookies are a unique way to add personalization to a business event or company party. Our fresh baked custom business cookies are baked and decorated to order, and make for a deliciously sweet treat to share with clients, colleagues, and partners alike!
With our 1-4 week turnaround time for cookie customization, you and those lucky cookie recipients will be enjoying your company's edible logo in no time.
And don't worry, with our minimum of 6 dozen custom logo cookie orders, there will be plenty of sweet treats for you to enjoy for yourself, and to share with those around you.
Limited Edition Items must be preordered and paid for by preorder deadline.
Shipping 2 day is required during warm months.
Shipping is based on a single tin to multiple locations. If sending multiple tins to the same location, bulk shipping rates may apply.
We require payment within 48 hours of the order being placed.
The ship date is NOT guaranteed until payment is processed. Ship dates may change due to high holiday demand, custom items, inventory and demand on our shipping department, please plan accordingly.
Delivery dates are approximate and transit times can change due to high demand (especially around holidays), unexpected weather or natural disasters. We recommend you allow an extra 2 to 3 business days for ground shipping.
Ground Delivery is NOT guaranteed to arrive on a specific date and may arrive up to 2 days earlier or up to 2 days later than the selected date.
